These are the general terms and conditions of the online store www.erra.hr prepared in accordance with the Law on Consumer Safety, Law on Personal Data Protection, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU).

The changes will be effective after notice of the amendments. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you should stop using the website. 8. ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability. If products are out of stock, you will be notified via email, and you will be offered the option to wait for the product to become available or cancel the order. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase our products, and as such, we reserve the right to reject them. Please note that any automated order confirmation message sent by us should not be considered an acceptance of purchasing products from our website. The purchase is concluded through a contract between you and us when we charge your credit/debit card or PayPal account, send the products, and notify you via email according to the concluded agreement. The agreement applies only to the products listed in the delivery information. We are not obliged to deliver items that are not listed in a separate delivery information.
We will take all necessary steps within our capabilities to ensure the complete security of your personal payment information, but we cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from third-party actions, unauthorized use, or data usage by third parties. Items on the website are not intended for resale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend user accounts if we believe the order is in violation of these rules. Upon receipt of delivered products, you assume the risk associated with them. We are not responsible if you do not provide accurate and complete delivery information.

9. RETURNS/COMPLAINTS
A) WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE via written form The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days in accordance with Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act by sending a written notice to the email address info@erra.hr. The 14-day period starts from the day of receiving/delivery of the ordered goods. In the electronic written notice of withdrawal from the purchase, clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase (along with your name and the date of the order).
B) PRODUCT RETURNS If the buyer has already received the goods and wants to withdraw from the purchase, they must return the received goods to the company within 14 days of the written notice from the previous paragraph. The company must refund the amount for the returned products to the buyer’s bank account no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods. When returning the products, they must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A copy of the original invoice must be attached to the returned product. Send the shipment to the following address: ERRA, trading craft, owner: Stefani Markovic Podhum 20, 51218 Podhum, Croatia. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We do not accept shipments with cash-on-delivery payment for returned products.
C) SHIPMENT COMPLAINTS Erra.hr is responsible for actual factory defects of purchased products in the online store www.erra.hr). If the buyer has any complaints in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, please notify us via email: info@erra.hr. The consumer must provide a detailed description of the defect in the notice and allow the seller to consider the defect. In case of a complaint, please return the product with a copy of the original invoice to the address Podhum 20, 51218 Podhum, Croatia, marked as ‘Online Purchase,’ within 14 days from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of the goods, Erra.hr will provide a written response to the complaint within 8 days of receiving the written notice and the product. Complaints sent by parcel distribution must be properly packaged in cardboard packaging. All complaints that are inadequately packaged and have visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer

10. PRICES

All prices displayed on the website are in the valid amount and accurate at the time of publication on the website and input into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (except that any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent shipping confirmations). In rare cases, it may happen that the advertised price during payment is incorrect, and we discover it before accepting your order in accordance with point 9. In that case, we are not obligated to sell the product at the price visible at that moment but at the price valid at the time of the order. We always strive to ensure that the prices of the products displayed on our website are accurate; however, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of the product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to confirm your order again at the correct price or cancel it. If you have canceled the order and have already paid for the product (but it has not been shipped yet), we will fully refund your money.

11. PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card Payment: Pay directly online using the most advanced credit card payment service: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Diners. The transaction will be processed through CorvusPay. Bank Transfer Payment: After receiving the order confirmation, make the payment using a payment slip or online banking.

You confirm that the credit or debit card you use for purchase is yours. All credit/debit cards are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuing company declines the payment for any reason, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery of the products. If the payment with a credit or debit card is not successfully processed for any reason, we reserve the right to retry the payment. We will notify you at least 48 hours prior to any reattempt of payment processing by sending an email to the email address you provided. If you do not wish to proceed with the payment retry, you must cancel the order within 48 hours from our email notification

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Croatia.

18. REVIEWS

If you submit a product review to us, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide, on any media, free of charge, for an indefinite, irrevocable, and non-exclusive period. You also grant ERRA the right to use the name provided by you in connection with such content, if we choose to do so. You waive any rights to be identified as the author and any objections to the manner of publication. You warrant that the work you have submitted is your original creation or that you have control over the rights to the work and that it is accurate on the date of submission: · and does not violate the terms of use of the ERRAsite; · and does not cause injury to any person or violate any person’s privacy rights. You agree to indemnify ERRA for any damages incurred as a result of any irregularities and violations of any of these provisions.

19. PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
Erra.hr is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers by collecting only necessary and basic information required to fulfill our obligations. We inform customers about the way their collected data is used and regularly provide them with the choice of whether or not to use their data, including the option to remove their name from marketing campaign lists. All customer data is strictly stored and only accessible to employees who require the data to perform their job duties. All employees of erra.hr and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
20. ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY STATEMENT
When making a payment on our online store, you use CorvusPay – an advanced system for securely accepting payment cards over the internet. CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter it into the CorvusPay payment form.
